For years, women only had two options: disposable pads and tampons. Uncomfortable, expensive, and harmful to the planet. We experienced it ourselves and asked the big question: why isn’t there an alternative here that truly makes us feel comfortable and secure?

That’s how Nudah was born. Three friends in different stages of life —between pregnancy, motherhood, and menstruation— sharing the same conviction: we deserved something better. And as we talked with more women, we discovered that this need was collective.

We decided to create a solution born from the heart and experience: absorbent underwear made with organic Pima cotton, the finest fiber from our country—soft and safe for skin contact.

What started as an idea turned into a movement. Today, Nudah accompanies thousands of women through unique moments: the first period, motherhood, incontinence, postpartum, heavier or lighter cycles. Different stages, one shared feeling—to feel free, confident, and in harmony with ourselves and with the planet.
